Bodies on Power (BOP) is an award winning fitness/wellness centre located in the heart of wine country in beautiful Penticton, British Columbia. Amongst other accolades, BOP currently holds the title of “Best New Business of the Year”! We are better known for having the finest and widest variety of fitness classes in the South Okanagan, a veritable “buffet” of classes for your body and soul, taught by only highly qualified instructors...we have over 200 years of experience! We are also certified in Whole Body Vibration (wbv) training, offer personal training, as well as other health/wellbeing services (massage, esthetics, reflexology and assisted stretch therapy) through our "Practitioner’s Loft". We have earned the unofficial title of being the most ‘friend recommended facility. We are quite proud of that!
