Bodies on Power (BOP) is an award winning fitness/wellness centre located in the heart of wine country in beautiful Penticton, British Columbia. Amongst other accolades, BOP currently holds the title of “Best New Business of the Year”! We are better known for having the finest and widest variety of fitness classes in the South Okanagan, a veritable “buffet” of classes for your body and soul, taught by only highly qualified instructors...we have over 200 years of experience! We are also certified in Whole Body Vibration (wbv) training, offer personal training, as well as other health/wellbeing services (massage, acupuncture, Live blood analysis, assisted stretch therapy) through our “Practitioner’s Loft”. We have earned the unofficial title of being the most ‘friend recommended facility. We are quite proud of that!

With most classes offered on a ‘drop-in’ basis, you decide what you want to take part in as you go. At BOP we understand that your life, your schedule can often vary from week to week. With a variety of passes, classes and other services to choose from, our intention is to empower you to create your own unique version of health, fitness and balance at any given time.
